Termination Without Prior Notice
PlayerNet Games (“PlayerNet”) reserves the right, as stated in the End User License Agreement (“Agreement”), to permanently terminate the Agreement, access to the PlayerNet service, and/or any license to its games (“Games”) without prior notice where the user commits a serious violation of the Agreement. Such termination results in an immediate and permanent Account ban.
Serious Violations
A serious violation includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:
- Endangering the gaming experience of other players.
- Ceating, using, offering, distributing, or assisting with unauthorized third-party software, including but not limited to:
- Cheats - any unauthorized method influencing or facilitating gameplay, including exploitation of bugs.
- Bots - code or software enabling automated control of any part of a Game or the PlayerNet platform.
- Hacks - accessing or modifying Game or PlayerNet software without authorization.
- Any unauthorized code or software used with the PlayerNet client or Games that changes or facilitates gameplay.
- Hosting or providing unauthorized servers or matchmaking services, or intercepting, emulating, or redirecting PlayerNet communication protocols.
- Modifying or attempting to modify Game installation files.
- Using software that intercepts, mines, or collects information from or through any Game.
- Buying, selling, or exchanging virtual items for real money outside the authorized Game platform.
- Allowing third parties (except an authorized minor child) to access your Account, including use of power-leveling services.
- Accessing or playing on another person’s Account, including providing power-leveling services.
- Attacking, assisting in attacking, or attempting to disrupt any PlayerNet Game server.
