PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGN UP TO .PLAYERNET WEB OR INSTALLING THE .PLAYERNET GAMES CLIENTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE CONTENT OF THIS TERMS OF AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE ANY OF .PLAYERNET GAMES SERVICES AND SOFTWARES.

We thank you for your interest in .PlayerNet Games (“PlayerNet” or “we”) .PlayerNet Web platform (the “.PlayerNet Web”), .PlayerNet App (the “.PlayerNet App”) and .PlayerNet Games (the “Games”). This End User License Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you are licensed to download, install, use and view the .PlayerNet App (“.PlayerNet App”) to obtain access to .PlayerNet, and download, use and view the Games on .PlayerNet.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, USE, COPY, UPLOAD AND VIEW THE .PLAYERNET APP OR ANY OF .PLAYERNET GAMES.

1. THE .PLAYERNET WEB PLATFORM.

A. Use of the .PlayerNet Account.

To use .PlayerNet, you must register, or have previously occupied, an account on .PlayerNet (an “Account”). Creation and use of Accounts are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. To use PlayerNet services, you must register a personal account (“Account”). You must be an adult in your jurisdiction or have verifiable parental permission.
2. You must provide accurate and current personal information.
3. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login information and are responsible for all actions performed through your Account.
4. PlayerNet may monitor and/or record communications and data for security, legal compliance, and enforcement purposes.
5. Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts may be deactivated.
6. The use of PlayerNet services is governed by the Privacy Policy.

B. Grant of .PlayerNet License.

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, PlayerNet grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the PlayerNet Apps and Games, present and future, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

C. License Limitations.

PlayerNet may revoke your license to use .PlayerNet Web platform and/or the Games if you violate, or assist others in violating, the license limitations set forth below. You agree that you will not, in whole or in part or under any circumstances, do the following:

1. Reverse engineer or modify the PlayerNet App or Games.
2. Use, develop, or distribute cheats, bots, exploits, hacks, automation tools, or any unauthorized third-party program affecting gameplay or functionality.
3. Engage in commercial exploitation, including selling in-game items, currency, or services outside PlayerNet.
4. Borrow in-game items for longer than three (3) months or transfer high-value items for free or nominal cost, including “farewell giveaways.”
5. Mine or intercept data, or use duplicated items.
6. Host unauthorized servers or matchmaking services, or redirect PlayerNet communication protocols.
7. Sell, lease, or transfer your Account or game copies.
8. Interfere with PlayerNet services, disrupt other players, or violate applicable laws.
9. Use methods that interfere with online data connections, including VPN/proxy masking, MAC spoofing, virtual machines, or manipulated network data.

D. .PlayerNet Features.

1. PlayerNet Features:
   1. .PlayerNet Credits:
      1. PNC have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be modified, removed, or suspended in cases of misuse.
      2. Users are responsible for monitoring their own balance and transactions.
2. GAME CLIENT DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION BY .PLAYERNET APP.
   1. .PlayerNet Software may include additional software, which requires your consent to install ("Additional Software").:
      1. Downloads: You agree that .PlayerNet may place data files on your hard drive during all download processes of .PlayerNet Apps during the terms of this Agreement.
      2. Installation: You agree that .PlayerNet may place data files on your hard drive as part of the .PlayerNet App and .PlayerNet Games installation during the terms of this Agreement.
      3. Updates: You agree that .PlayerNet may place data files on your hard drive as part of the .PlayerNet Apps and .PlayerNet Games as from time to time updates during the terms of this Agreement.

E. PLAYERNET’S OWNERSHIP.

.PlayerNet retains all rights, titles, and interest in the PlayerNet Apps, Games, virtual items, accounts, and all associated intellectual property. User Accounts remain the property of PlayerNet and may not be sold or transferred under any circumstance.

F. Monitoring

Games may scan system memory for unauthorized programs and, upon detection, may transmit related information to PlayerNet. Crash reporting tools may also transmit system data.

2. Liability, Indemnity & Restrictions

1. PlayerNet is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use PlayerNet services.
2. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to PlayerNet during the prior six (6) months.
3. You agree to indemnify PlayerNet against damages resulting from your misuse of the service.

3. Modifications to the Agreement

1. PlayerNet may issue updated versions of this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. PlayerNet may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the App, Games, or services at its discretion.

4. Termination

1. You may terminate this Agreement at any time via PlayerNet Support.
2. PlayerNet may suspend or terminate your Account for any reason, with or without notice.
3. Upon termination, all payments made are forfeited and access to PlayerNet services ceases.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved under the PlayerNet Dispute Resolution Policy.

6. General Provisions

1. PlayerNet is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
2. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PlayerNet.
