Help: What do I do, if I get an error when starting the game or client?

If you're experiencing issues, please follow the steps below to help resolve the problem quickly.

Disable All Addons

Start by disabling all addons. You can do this easily:

  • Open the game launcher
  • Click the dedicated button to disable all addons (as shown in the screenshot)

This step often resolves common issues immediately.

Submit a File Integrity Report

If disabling addons does not fix the issue, please submit a file integrity report and create a support ticket.

How to Send a Client Report:

  1. Open your Launcher and click the Settings button.
  2. Navigate to the third tab labeled "General".
  3. Click the button "Send client report to support".
  4. Wait for a response from the Support Team.

Important: Include Screenshots

If you encounter any error messages, please:

  • Take a screenshot of the error
  • Attach it to your support ticket
